Terms of Service (United States)
Effective November 6, 2026. We'll tell you at least 14 days before any material change takes effect.
1. Agreement
By accessing or using the MyAndGo platform ("Platform") and any connected MyAndGo products ("Products") through a US workspace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Platform is operated by Fintech Development Pty Ltd (ABN 78 655 608 969), an Australian company, at Level 1, 18-20 Knuckey Street, Darwin NT 0800, Australia ("we", "us", "our"). We provide our Products to US businesses from Australia.
2. Eligibility
US workspaces are for businesses. By creating one, you confirm you are using it for your business. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and you represent that you have the authority to bind your business to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- One person or organization may maintain multiple accounts only where each represents a distinct business entity.
4. The MyAndGo Ecosystem
MyAndGo provides single sign-on, unified billing, and shared identity across the MyAndGo ecosystem. When you create an account on any MyAndGo product, you are creating a MyAndGo identity. Your account, authentication, and billing data is shared across products you subscribe to.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
- Free plan: Each Product has a free Personal plan that needs no payment method, which you can keep for as long as you like. When your workspace moves to a free plan, access narrows to what that plan allows, as shown on that Product's pages. For most Products that's the account holder alone. Anyone else you've given access to your workspace's content loses it until someone subscribes. People keep access to their own records, such as a document they signed or a booking they made. You can still read and download everything you already had access to. Moving to a free plan doesn't delete anything, and you can't add new content over the plan's limit.
- Free trials: Some Products start with a free trial, or offer one, as shown on that Product's pages. A trial needs no payment method unless the offer says so. If you don't subscribe when it ends, your workspace moves to the free Personal plan.
- Paid plans: Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in US dollars (US$) by card. Prices exclude sales tax.
- Sales tax: Where we're required to collect sales tax in your state, we add it at checkout at the applicable rate, and we'll tell you at least 30 days before we start collecting it, under section 15. We don't charge Australian GST on US subscriptions.
- Bundle discount: Subscribing to 2 or more paid Products entitles you to a 20% discount, applied automatically.
- The account holder: Each organization has one account holder, shown in your account settings. The account holder can transfer that role to someone else. Only the account holder can cancel or end a subscription.
- Automatic renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or annually, and we charge the card on file at the then-current price until you cancel. For annual plans, we email you a reminder before each renewal.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time, online, in your account settings. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
- Price changes: We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions continue at their current price until renewal.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure

6A. Text messages from SignAndGo
- If you send documents by text message, you must have each recipient's agreement to receive texts about that document before you send, and you must not use SignAndGo to send marketing texts.
- SignAndGo Signing Notifications: SignAndGo sends text messages to US phone numbers only when a sender has confirmed the recipient agreed to get them. Each message is a request to sign a document, and each person gets one text per document. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts from SignAndGo for every sender, or START to get them again. Reply HELP for help, or email privacy@myandgo.ai.
- We'll start sending these texts once our US messaging registration is approved.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Your Data

- We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

- Your oversight: You may take reasonable and appropriate steps to check that we use it consistently with your obligations, and, after telling us, to stop and fix any unauthorized use.
- If we can't comply: We'll tell you if we decide we can no longer meet these obligations.
- Our subprocessors: When we engage another company to help process it, we'll tell you, and that company is bound in writing by the same restrictions. Our Privacy Policy lists them.
- When you leave: When your account closes, we delete it as section 13 sets out.
We understand these restrictions and will comply with them.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, two-factor authentication, session timeouts, and role-based access control. However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
9. Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including internet disruptions, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
