ShareAndGo is a platform for secure virtual data rooms from MyAndGo, made by Fintech Development Pty Ltd.
ShareAndGo was co-founded by Andy Carey. The idea came from a simple frustration: traditional virtual data rooms were built for billion-dollar M&A deals, priced accordingly, sold through sales teams and set up by project managers, and completely out of reach for small businesses, the firms that handle most of the sensitive documents in the economy: CPA practices, small advisory firms, family businesses and companies raising their first round.
When a small accounting firm or a sole proprietor needs to share sensitive tax documents with a client, a CPA needs to send records to an IRS examiner, or an owner needs to open the books to a buyer, they should not have to choose between an expensive enterprise platform and an insecure email attachment nobody can take back. There had to be a middle ground: something secure, beautiful, and honestly priced.
So we built it. ShareAndGo is a secure virtual data room designed from day one for businesses of every size: one person can set it up the same day, outside parties enter with a code sent to their email, and it keeps a complete record of who saw what. Every feature is built with security as the foundation, not a premium add-on.
