Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the credit is applied to your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial, and a free plan?
Yes. New accounts start with a 14-day trial with Professional limits, then move to the free Personal plan unless you subscribe. No card is needed. The free Personal plan is for one person: 1 data room, 1 GB of storage, 1 user and 1 recipient. When your workspace moves to it, you and one recipient keep access, and your other team members and recipients lose access until someone subscribes. If you have more than 1 data room or 1 GB, you can still open, download, export or delete everything, but you can't add more. Nothing is deleted.
Where is my data stored?
Your documents are stored and processed in the United States (us-central1). We take data sovereignty seriously.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans save you the equivalent of two months' fees compared to paying monthly. And if you already use SignAndGo, you'll receive an additional 20% bundle discount.
